Natural Enterprise

This library contains documents developed to teach/learn about Natural Enterprises and Natural Communities.

Natural-Enterprise-Slides is a generic slide deck for a one-day workshop, that explains the basics of Natural Enterprises (taken from the book Finding the Sweet Spot) and provides graphics on the five group exercises included in the workshop. Natural-Enterprise-Handouts are the 1-2 page handouts for each of the five exercises. The workshop was first offered in Powell River BC in the fall of 2011. Its purpose was to explore what kind of curriculum would be needed to enable the successful creation, incubation and operation of Natural Enterprises, and ultimately self-sufficient Natural Communities. Attendees enjoyed the workshop but agreed that a much longer curriculum, and a support network of entrepreneurs and advisers, would be needed before participants would be able to launch their own enterprises successfully.
